Our returns policy is quite straightforward but there are a number of conditions that we ask our customers to comply with.

1: If you have not requested a return within 14 days of receiving an order, we will assume that you are intending to keep it and we will not authorise a return. In order to start a return, please email customerservices@eimass.co.uk with order number and items you intend to return. Once a return is authorised, return the items within 30 days of purchase. We accept returns for unopened items only. Please provide a list of order number and items returned.

2: In case of a return from within the UK, we will issue full refund including any initial postage paid, however product prices include handling and packing charge which is no more than £1.50 to a maximum of £5 per order. If an item or complete order is returned we will deduct this charge. Next day guaranteed delivery cost will not be refunded in case of a return. In any instance where the guaranteed delivery is delayed, we will put a claim through to royal mail on your behalf and will pass on any refunds to the customer.

3. In case of an international return, handling and packaging charge varies from £2.50 to equivalent to the initial delivery cost.

4: Buyer pays the return delivery charge. Delivery charge is only reimbursed if it is established that the item was faulty.

5: Goods made to order are exempt from returns policy and will not be refunded.
