Our returns policy is quite straightforward but there are a number of conditions that we ask our customers to comply with.
1: If you have not requested a return within 30 days of receiving an order, we will assume that you are intending to keep it and we will not authorise a return. Please email email@example.com for authorisation of a return.
2: Returned goods are liable for 20% handling and repackaging charge if the order is not returned in its original unopened packaging. This charge is subject to our inspection of the returned goods. We will deduct the initial postage spent in sending the orders from any refunds issued unless it is established that there was a mistake on our side.
3: Buyer pays the return delivery charge. Delivery charge is only reimbursed if it is established that the item was faulty.
4: Goods made to order are exempt from returns policy and will not be refunded.
